Art & Social Media | How and where to build a Following
Added 2019-04-03 12:24:58 +0000 UTCPeople sometimes ask me where and how they should build an audience, and so I thought I might as well make a tiny guide, breaking down the main social media platforms people use for art! It's nothing special but I hope it can give you some clarity if you're struggling to navigate it yourself:

You might notice that Facebook is not on this list, and that's because I just really dislike it (I think you need to pay for your posts to be seen by all your followers, like come on) and I have never used it extensively. There are some cool art groups there though, if you want feedback and stuff, but it's just not a good place imo. If it was there though, I would lump it together with Instagram and Twitter - pretty casual.
