皆様方のご支援のお陰で、質素ではありますが絵を描いてそのお金で生活するという長年の夢が叶いました。本当に感謝しております。

今回のお知らせの内容なのですが、支援サイトを始めてから６年が経ちまして、コンテンツもかなり充実してまいりました。これを機にプラン内容の変更をしたく、今回はそのお知らせとお願いになります。ご一読くださいませ。

Thanks to your support, I have been able to fulfill my longtime dream of painting pictures and living off the money, albeit frugally. I am truly grateful for your support.

As for the content of this announcement, it has been six years since we started the support site, and the contents have become much richer. We would like to take this opportunity to make some changes to our plan, and we would like to make this announcement and request. Please take a moment to read it.

・プラン内容変更のお知らせ

現在５００円プランでは、過去支援サイトで作った作品でDL販売に至った作品を除く全ての投稿を閲覧できるようにしておりましたが、来月から５００円プランでは、閲覧期間を入会した月から過去３ヶ月分までに制限しようと思います。

そして新たに、過去全ての投稿が閲覧できる（閲覧不可にしためぐみん漫画も含む）３０００円の新プランを作ります。

・Notice of Plan Content Change

Currently, the 500 yen plan allows users to view all submissions made on the support site in the past, except for those that have been sold on the DL, but starting next month, the 500 yen plan will limit the viewing period to the past 3 months from the month you join.

We will also create a new 3,000 yen plan that allows you to view all past submissions (including Megumi manga that we have made unavailable for viewing).

・主な原因は違法アップロード

Illegal uploads are the main cause.

前にも少し触れましたが、前々から違法アップロードが酷く、今現在も私の過去CG集や支援サイトに投稿した作品を至る所で違法アップロードされているのを確認しております。この間も某有名違法アップロードサイトにて私の支援サイトの内容が全てアップロードされておりました。その数1200ページ以上でした。

FANBOXの運営に削除申請の報告をしたり、fantiaにも削除申請を出しましたが今現在もその違法アップロードデータは削除されておりません。またFANBOXの運営から回答がありましたが、本人しか削除申請する権利が無いのでご自分で削除申請してくださいとのことでした。

削除申請には違法アップロードサイトに本名や住所などの個人情報を提供する必要があります。しかし、違法アップロードを平気で行うサイトに個人情報の提供とかあまりに危険すぎて教える気にはなりません。

どうにかする方法はないか色々考えましたが、現状個人では正直どうしようもないです。専門の弁護士に削除申請してもらうなどの方法もありますが、１件２件の話ではないのでかなりの費用がかかり現実的ではありません。ある法律事務所のサイトを見ましたが、着手金が１件１６万円からだそうです。とても払えません。

対策を色々考えた結果、閲覧できる範囲を制限することで今後アップロードされる被害を最小限に留めるしかないのでは？という結論に至りました。

As I have mentioned before, illegal uploading has been very bad for a long time, and even now I am seeing illegal uploads of my past CG collections and works submitted to support sites all over the place. The other day, all the contents of my support site were uploaded on a famous illegal upload site. There were more than 1,200 pages.

I reported the deletion request to FANBOX management and also to fantia, but the illegally uploaded data has not been deleted to this day. The response I received from the FANBOX management was that only the user has the right to apply for deletion, so please apply for deletion by yourself.

To apply for removal, you need to provide personal information such as your real name and address to the illegal uploading site. However, it is too risky to provide personal information to a site that uploads illegally.

I have thought about various ways to do something about it, but to be honest, there is nothing I can do on my own at present. There are ways such as having a professional lawyer apply for removal, but since it is not a matter of one or two cases, the cost is quite high and not realistic. I looked at the website of one law firm, and they say that the starting fee for one case starts at 160,000 yen. I can't afford it.

After much consideration of countermeasures, we came to the conclusion that the only way to minimize the damage caused by future uploads is to restrict the scope of viewing.

・思った以上にコンテンツ量が多くなった

支援サイトを始めた当初、生きるためには私もお金が必要なので５００円は支払って頂いて、あとは過去投稿も全部好きに閲覧してくださいというスタイルでやっておりました。

遅筆なので一月に提供できるコンテンツ量のことも考え、過去の投稿も閲覧できるんだったらまあ一月５００円の価値はあるやろ、あと期間区切るの面倒くさいしまあええか！（これが８割）くらいの気持ちでやっておりましたが、この間違法アップロードされた支援サイトの絵が1200ページ以上という情報を見て、500円で見せていい量ではないのでは？と思いはじめました。

I was thinking about the amount of content I could provide in a month, and I thought that if I could view past contributions, it would be worth 500 yen a month, and it would be a hassle to break up the period! (This is 80% of what I was thinking.

When I saw the information that there are more than 1,200 pages of illegally uploaded pictures on the support site during this period, I began to think that it is not a good amount to show for 500 yen.

・５００円で過去３ヶ月と３０００円という金額について

３０００円という価格設定に関して言えば正直高いかなと思っていますが少し聞いてください。

いきなり物価の話をしますが、現在アメリカでは２ℓのコーラの値段が約３ドルだそうです。日本円で４５０円くらい、ちょうど私の支援サイトの一月のお値段くらいですね。アメリカではペットボトル一本のお金で私の今までのコンテンツが全部見れてしまうわけです。

違法アップロードの話に戻りますが、私の１２００ページものコンテンツを違法アップロードした馬鹿者の名前から推測するに英語圏の人間の可能性が高いと踏んでいます。しかもその人物は私だけでなく色んな方のコンテンツも違法アップロードしています。つまり複数人を支援していることになります。

５００円という値段は支援サイトでよく見られる平均価格だと思いますが、その価格が安すぎるが故、数人を支援しても彼にとっては1食分程度の出費でしかなく、故にジュース1本の価値なんでしょあなたたちのコンテンツは的な感じで罪悪感なく違法アップロードできるのではないかと勝手に想像しています。

本人の性根の問題もありますが、価格が安いということはそれだけで軽視され、違法アップロードする際の罪悪感が無くなるのではないかと個人的には思っています。

そういったことを踏まえ、５００円プランであれば最悪被害は３ヶ月分で済むし、３０００円プランであれば料金的にも高いのでそもそも入会しにくい、つまり違法アップロードされにくく、現在のコンテンツ量にも見合った価格なのではないかと思いこの価格としました。

Talking about prices out of the blue, the current price of a 2 liter Coke in the U.S. is about $3. In Japanese yen, that is about 450 yen, or about the monthly price of my support site. In the U.S., you can see all my past contents for the price of one PET bottle.

Back to the illegal uploading, I am guessing from the name of the idiot who illegally uploaded my 1,200 pages of content that he/she is most likely an English-speaking person. Moreover, he/she has illegally uploaded not only my content but also the content of many other people. In other words, he is supporting multiple people.

The price of 500 yen is an average price often found on support sites, but since supporting several people is only the cost of one meal for the individual, it is as if his/her content is only worth the value of a bottle of juice, so he/she can upload illegally without feeling guilty.

Although there is also the issue of his/her own nature, I personally believe that a low price means that it is disregarded and the guilt of illegal uploading is eliminated.

With that in mind, I have decided on this price because I believe that the worst damage will only be for 3 months if the plan is 500 yen, and if the plan is 3000 yen, the price is so high that people are less likely to join in the first place, which means less illegal uploading, and the price is also commensurate with the current amount of content.

弱小絵描きの私が今生活できているのは、性癖の一本化と価格に対してのコンテンツ量だと思っています。今回プランの変更をすることで価格に対するコンテンツ量というアドバンテージを失う形になり不安な要素が相当大きいです。

しかし、今後何十年も支援サイトを続けていこうと思った時、何十年分もの量を一回の支援５００円で見せていいのか、また、それを違法アップロードされた時のダメージのことを考えたら、このタイミングでプランの変更をお願いするのが良いと考えました。

一応これは決定事項ではありますが、なにか良い考えとかありましたらご意見いただければ参考にさせていただきますのでメッセージを下さると助かります。両方がなるべく損をしない良い落としどころを探しております。

However, when we thought about continuing the support site for decades to come, we wondered if we could show decades worth of support for 500 yen per support and the damage that would be done if it was illegally uploaded, so we thought it would be a good idea to ask for a change in plans at this time.
