I found that after a busy day of giving my time and attention to others, I had absolutely nothing of myself left to give to podcasting. Whenever my partner helped out with my non-stop to do list, and I could get some recovery time I found that I was in the mood to podcast more often. Not a guaranteed outcome, but a possibly more likely one.

When that happens I go outside, look at all the beautiful nature around me (including grass), take a big breath of wonderful fresh air and remember those people are far, far away from me.
