I'm Really Proud of our Monday Night Podcasts
Added 2024-03-05 14:07:53 +0000 UTCI've been using this space to share more of my thoughts with our biggest supporters and I really wanted to say that Monday was a stellar day for the podcast. Ideally, we'd space these podcast drops out a little bit more but sometimes everything is happening at the same time.
Since these episodes all dropped in a short period of time, I'd just like to highlight them individually in no particular order.
1. CLUB CONDO Series Premiere - This season, I decided to break up the two elements of the traditional feedback show in to their own distinct episode formats. I am going to be answering all the strategic questions each week with our patrons on the Friday Feedback show. I wanted to talk about all the nonsense from each week of Survivor in a format a little bit more like we do THE SLOP for Big Brother. I invited Chappell to join me for a really fun show each week on Monday.
The season premiere was a really fun time and I think you'll love it if you want to rehash some of the funniest things from the week. Be sure to watch out for next week's show when we host the 17th place roundtable with Zach Wurtenberger, Brandon Donlon and Maddy Pomilla.
2. TRAITORS Feedback with Rachel Reilly - Rachel may low key be close to the top of the leaderboard for reality stars with the most RHAP appearances and she's back to talk about TRAITORS. Pooya, Racehl and I had some interesting strategic talks about the endgame of this season and a lot of fun too. Brendon even stopped by for the end of the show and I even made myself laugh so hard I couldn't breathe.
3. DEAL OR NO DEAL ISLAND, Ep 2 Recap - I know you might not be watching Deal or No Deal Island but I thought Boston Rob might have had his most impressive feat in his entire career on this episode. Jenny, Chappell and I are having a great time with this show and I hope you have a chance to check it out.
4. Big Brother Canada 12 Draft - Very under the radar, BBCAN 12 is kicking off this week. Taran, Melissa, Pooya and Aman got together for the BBCAN pre-season draft. Taran will be back with the first recap of BBCAN 12 coming up on Tuesday night.
5. Izzy on the Survivor B&B - Mike and Liana kicked off their season of the B&B with Izzy Gleicher from BB25. Among the highlights, Mike's got a great game about some things that Jeff may or may not have done on the mat to kick off Survivor 46.

Even just every time y'all say "DONDI" makes me giggle. I also watched that part of the Traitors feedback show where you make the is Alan coming joke SO MANY TIMES and I laughed every time. I said it on twitter, but I'll repeat it here, that's definitely an early contender for the best of the year clip show. Still making my way through the B&B but loving Izzy on it so far and excited to get to the game because I totally agreed when y'all talked about it on the Mike/Rob pod earlier that it would make a great game. Thanks for all the hard work and great content Rob & team!

I’m halfway through the BBCAN Draft this morning and then will be jumping over to Club Condo which I’m very excited for. Ps love these blogs, it’s like I’m inside your brain

I really admire and appreciate the way you've been exploring new formats and trying to make RHAP even better--which is not easy to do when I already loved it!--but once again you're finding ways to do so. I love the idea of separating the strategic stuff from the fun/silly stuff for the Survivor pods, and have been enjoying all the additional Traitors pods as well (can't wait to hear the one with Rachel). Thank you for trying these new things, and for continuing to share your thoughts on how it's going for you. We know how busy you are and that you can't always connect with every Patron, so sharing updates in this format really seems to help maintain that feeling that we're still connecting with you. Bravo, Rob and team!

I can’t wait to see how the rest of the season goes! You and Chappell have become staples of my podcast routine after binging Suits Yourself. But I’m glad the schedule is working for other people and enjoy these type of updates on patreon as well!

Just like Frannie at the sanctuary (where good things happen) they went full tilt boogie on the premiere episode and I was laughing almost the entire time.

The Slop is always my favorite part of Big Brother and bringing a form of it to Survivor is so much fun. Absolutely cannot wait for next week's episode! I love this podcast round up post and more of these types of blog posts in general. It's so great to get your thoughts in a different form!
