Rehoboth is a lot of fun. My boyfriend and I spent New Year's week down there a few years back, since Dogfish Brewery was having their party. So many good restaurants. Ocean City in Maryland is also fun. If ever staying, the Hilton has a corner suite (it's an all-suite hotel) on each floor that seriously could double as an apartment, with a full kitchen and everything. It's expensive in the summer, but if you go off season, the price does come down, and you get a full view of the ocean and a partial view of the bay.
