2021 New Patron Orientation with Rob
Added 2021-03-26 05:54:12 +0000 UTCStarting this month, I'm going to be doing an orientation call for the new patrons who join each month. We will personally invite the new patrons but I'll make these calls open in case our veterans ever have a patron question.
I am joined by Derek Stusynski who is my point person on all our patreon onboarding and customer service. We'll run through how to access all of the patron benefits available and then I did about 2 hours of Q & A with our new patrons.
