Up to date price data allows for better crafting, gathering, purchasing decisions. Because the amount of people sharing and using data increases everyday (over 3.5k different users) the website now works better than ever, with more up to date data than ever before, costs have increased.
The donations here will pay for the database/server architecture required to keep the server running smoothly and to try new things out with the site such as requests, custom lists, better mobile and tablet integration, and better statistics and graphics.
