Fudge Packer - It's an insider joke about Tom Cruise being a closeted gay-man pretending to be hetero because of Scientology. Which is only alleged but widely believed. Many Comedians have joked about it in their Sets. Like Ricky Gervais in his Golden Globe Monologue.
