Pop Socket Issue Support - Let Me Know

We sent out hundreds of Pop Sockets this month to our patrons. We have heard from the patron community that there were some issues that came up for patrons receiving those pop sockets.
We set up a form to let us know if you either got a ripped envelope or were told that your pop socket required more postage for delivery.

If you requested a pop socket before 10/10 and haven't received anything yet, you can also let us know on the attached form. If you filled out the form more recently, yours is still on the way.

Hi Rob, I received my pop socket today. I filled out the pop socket issue form on 11/8. NO issues with the delivery. Thanks!!
