Dani was a cool character but I peeped her greed for power from the first season. Really she was cool cause those dragons lol. Tyrion was awesome. Jamie and Theon had good character archs. Tywin was my most liked "bad" guy. I know we aren't supposed to like him cause he had some terrible traits, but I just thought his ability to command a room just by his presence was pretty awesome. He was a good war strategist. I know yall said Varys was the most real, he was real, but the most real goes to Granny. She had no filter lol. Great reactions to the show.

Jon wanted NO PART of being king and was happiest with the wildlings. Danys coin flipped long ago, still loved her but when it flips it flips. The north is independent and a stark is ruling. Never again will a king go by succession, and instead will be chosen. Bran has no wants no greed so his reign as weird as it would be - would be fair if nothing else. Arya has always wanted to see what’s west of Westeros.. It all makes sense. When watching it like this I think it’s easier to accept but this was 8 years of build up that caused everyone’s pain lol I agreed with it the day it premiered but people were sooooo mad as if we didn’t just fall in love with the same show for seasons and season. The writers the writers. GEORGE STILL CANT FINISH WINDS OF WINTER. If he can’t why blame them for ending it how they saw fit? Plus the actors were tiredddd another two years they didn’t wanna do so they threw it all into their last season which just wasn’t long enough.

2024-11-30 21:57:46 +0000 UTCCan honestly say that by the end of the show I went from indifferent to not liking Sansa, she turned into Cersei just not as evil. Sansa purposefully told Tyrion about Jon to cause issues. Dany lost all her support when she did that. Everyone got behind Jon so Dany dying to me seemed like a plot as soon as the truth about Jon came out. I will say cinematically this was the best season. A bit dark in spots visually but well shot.

I think when Tyrion smashed the rocks after he finds his siblings, I believe it’s anger, frustration & sadness. What do you think?

Also, if you look back at season 2 rewatch when she walks into the House of the Undying, you can see that this was her prophecy. The “snow” was really ash falling and her walking thru the Wall and into Drogo’s tent to see him and their baby was Jon Snow sending her to the afterlife.

The only thing I disliked was the pace and I just wanted more episodes to tell it like the first 6 but for me it’s still goated! And I love how you both were so locked into Tyrion’s convo with Jon about how we watched it happen and cheered for it. I feel like A lot of people missed that because they busy pouting Jon’s return to the wall lol. And for me, Jon out beyond the wall being free was probably where he will be happiest. (A call back to what Ygritte always talked about out ) that’s my take anyway. Adored you guys, thanks for all the eps!
