Upcoming Mini-game Tutorial - Shooting Gallery!

If you haven't heard of the game before, a shooting gallery is a classic game you can find sometimes at carnivals/festivals where you have a bunch of targets, often in the shapes of ducks, and your goal is to shoot them with a cork gun. There's different variations of the game, and nowadays they're usually played with laser guns. Once you've hit a target you get points and sometimes win prices.
In this tutorial we'll be making a shooting gallery game with round multi-colored targets with a time limit, where you want to try to hit as many targets as you can to get as many points as possible before the time runs out. The targets also flips back and forth, so you need to be fast enough to hit the target before it flips back down!
You will be able to customize the code for this tutorial to make the targets faster or slower and you might want to build upon it afterwards to make it have more functionality according to your liking.
