I think Cid will survive. The real question is “will the bad Batch stay with her” and I think the answer is no. Hunter is probably not a fan of Cid or her pirate friend after the two near death heists they sent the batch to, Hunter’s main concern is the safety of his brothers and little sister. Echo probably has no interest in remaining with Cid. He has been consistently talking about how “the empire is a problem, we should help Rex!” So he will probably jump on the “let’s ditch Cid” bandwagon. Tech will probably have some kind of equation regarding Cid’s reliability and will probably reinforce Hunter and Echo’s opinions. Wrecker will probably be happy with whatever (I still don’t know how he feels one way or another) I assume he Will agree with Hunter regarding keeping Omega safe. Then there is Omega, the poor girl will probably be the only one who wants to stay with Cid. She has nobody but the Batch and Cid. She will probably be outvoted with the decision. In conclusion I see them leaving Cid and Cid will survive.

The most I can picture is a near-death experience that could happen if her relationship with the Batch worsens. Regardless, I'm excited to see how Cid's relationship with the Batch changes as the season goes on and taps further into her shadier side
