Twitter public?

I have been thinking of making my twitter account public.
Mostly because if any "fans" want to interact with me more, they can there.
If yes, I think I would mostly just post about what I do, play and see, like a personal account. Not that I do much interesting stuff... The account will not have much connection with my Patreon and Pixiv so don't expect much there. I'm overthinking this a lot...
