Willow Schnee - Character Spotlight?

Not sure if I should keep spotlights smaller (as per usual), since this one took me almost as long as a normal post and the idea with these was spotlighting lesser know characters.
Then again, I don't mind getting more into these as well ^^
With that said, another RWBY character joins the fray, I guess we're doing the slightly older gals now ^w^
