Yes. I live in Ontario Canada. I NEED windows that open. AC is good but not 100% of the time. We use it sparingly as we hate canned air

Also didn't think you could make that view even more beautiful, but the reflections somehow maximise it further. Question from an Australian (the land of the fly screen) and a dog owner - how durable is the mesh on the retractable mesh doors? What material is the mesh? And how easy is it to replace if it were to get torn or damaged? Even though you guys dont have the same UV issues we have (which causes a lot of materials to degrade much faster), ive never known a mesh material that doesn't inevitably degrade over time from wear and tear. Is that an issue you've thought about, or is it less likely to be a problem because the folding design means it's less exposed to the elements? How strong and secure is it? Over here we tend to go for a fibreglass "security" mesh that's super stiff but is much harder for an opportunistic passer by to tear through to gain access to the property when the main door is open (or for dogs to tear up from the inside). Its also super easy and relatively cheap to replace yourself. Is there a warranty on your mesh, and if so, how long is the warranty period? Its honestly just such a cool and functional looking design and I can't believe Ive never seen it used here!

I wasn't a fan, but they've improved dramatically over the last ten years. We had magnetic screens on our doors before, but we can't have our younger cats going in and out the way it's okay for our two elders who can't climb our 7' wall. I love the way your bug screen is integrated, but we just put these doors in a year ago and they screwed up everything they could to the point we ended up with free doors. At least ours have integrated blinds, so cats won't destroy. Super cool stuff! I love the handles too.
