That's a good point. This house will be very high secure so there will be some safety features when it comes to the doors etc. Thank you for bringing it up as it does help with all the future planning! - Jenna

2024-09-12 15:00:46 +0000 UTCOk. So I get that this is your house. BUT. Have you considered your floor plan if you have children??? Do you want your kids in their basement bedrooms with easy access to that swimming pool while you are upstairs cooking, or in the office???? And that could affect your resale value as well. Just something to think about??? It just seems a super shame to kill that bottom fire place. Sorry for the opinions. Just being safety conscious about that pool. We have a small fishpond in our backyard and when we had real estate agent visit, he said our backyard was NOT kid friendly and not necessarily a family home with young children.
