Update: SimpleChests Fixes

This update fixes two issues:

1) There was a slight problem with the nipple on the Protruding chest, causing it to move out of alignment with the rest of the chest. I've fixed that.

2) There was an issue with my CASDefault file. Sims changing into a shirtless outfit would display the Standard chest shape, and that would need to be removed like any other clothing top in order for your sim to have a properly nude chest. I thought it was some kind of odd WW behavior - and it may be, but I was able to fix it by making some changes to my default file.

If you replace the old CAS Default with the new fix, you will probably get a message when you enter your game telling you a CAS item has been replaced. Your sims should still look exactly the same, though - all of mine did in my testing - and you can dismiss that and safely carry on your game.
