Update for Exclusive "Nick" Design

This update is for the Nick, which brings it in line with the other upgraded exclusives. It's been converted to the SimpleGens format (better butt, works better with CC body hair, etc) as well as being made compatible with SimMotion.
There were some minor texture changes around the base of the shaft and groin on this one. Unfortunately, some designs have required a little more alteration than others, but the texture changes are very small and hopefully don't ruin gameplay for anyone who was using this design before.
NOTES:
There's an update to the condom file so they're compatible with the Nick design.
