Howdy everyone:
I sent out the new codes for May three times this week, but each time has never gone through on Patreon's mass DM system. I never received any error messages, or information of these errors, and was only made aware by members telling me they never received their codes.
I have submitted an IT support ticket to the Patreon Help Center to address this issue. If they do not respond or find a fix to this issue by Monday, I will find an alternative method to get members their content, most likely through the Discord. If you have not yet joined the Discord and connected it with your Patreon tier level, I strongly consider doing so for the most frequent updates and easier access if this issue is not resolved by next week. I apologize for the inconvenience.
