Patreon Sales-Tax Discounts

I have gone through my Patreon Benefit Tiers and assigned tax benefits to each portion of the tiers. This will allow only certain perks of each tier to be taxed, rather than the full amount. This will hopefully be able to save you money on your perks and your membership in the long run.
