I've never had any issues with any of the files in Calibre. Amazon's services are universally pretty trash, Kindle and Audible included, so I would generally default to thinking the problem is on them. Try converting it in Calibre and see if that works.

2023-11-22 16:11:31 +0000 UTCI've been having a similar problem with the EPUB files for months: they work on the web version of Send To Kindle, but not the Windows plugin version (which I assume uses the same code as Kindle for PC). I think something about the way BookFunnel packages the EPUB version sis slightly wrong.

2023-11-21 20:19:39 +0000 UTCi'm able to get it to work by downloading the epub file, then using the amazon send to kindle function. but with all your other books i was able to just open the file from bookfunnel using my kindle for pc, so idk what's different about this book file.
