Early look at the ROLLER COASTER

I wanted to share this here before it goes anywhere else. I love the process of making but it DEFINITELY tosses ya around a little bit! There’s a curve of excitement followed by the “can I even do this” slog and I think it’s super helpful to see it drawn out and made a bit silly.
Do you get new project excitement? Middle of the process blahs? I still wouldn’t get off the roller coaster for anything!

2020-12-21 14:06:38 +0000 UTCUgh! Middle of the process blahs for sure! If it's a project I can blast through in a week or so, the "Yay! Shiny things!" will carry me through. But by week 3... or 7... *sigh*. Right now, we're going through the collection of books where I work. Getting rid of outdated and obsolete copies, and thinning out the areas where too many books on a topic means that they're not going home with people very often. Good work. Useful work. But it's taking FOREVER! 😱😭😭
