When I’m absorbed in what I’m doing I occasionally find it REALLY difficult to stop and like...acknowledge my body and y’know...do things to keep it functioning.
This is my long suffering and very loving friend Sarah who will ask me these questions and then amazingly be unimpressed with my answers.
Here’s to a balance of self-care AND the occasional self indulgent food choice! You are all a delicious slice of freshly made pizza. Thanks for making this little community such a beautifully sustaining place.
