As a gift, Rema had a light set made for him after being elevated to Demo rank within the Transients. The focus here are the motifs on the backside of his pauldrons. The left motif is that of the Moon Clan's Tulamar the Whyte, one of Duske's favorite characters in his studies of cultures. The other is of Arieyadu, the symbolic beast belonging to the tribe in Resila that Duske says his mother was taken from.
