Tedala is a simple young woman following after her family's profession as apothecaries. It was in this that she met Orion, part of the thaumaclergy in his rotation around the nation. Immediately smitten on her part and not until their third meeting did he take company with Tedala.
It would not be long after that Orion proposed to Tedala and they completed all ceremony and ritual leading up to days before being wed. The shock waves were felt before anyone across the land knew what happened to the capitol. Tedala set out for Indo-nas to discover the fate of her betrothed to find that the priests and mages were all believed destroyed in the midst of a conjuring.
Something was said to have risen in the midst of the destruction of the temple, a great whyte dragyn, and perhaps a false hope, led her to believe this was Orion. With no heed to her family, Tedala would set out, taking her bridal headdress with her to find her husband by way of the milky trail in the sky seen in her dreams.
