Lightning is considered divine by many cultures, a culmination of the elements with the gained understanding in later times of research. This was thinking was first gained from glyphology and study of the magik artes, the water, air and earth coming together through gravity to produce 'fire from heaven'. The third tier is a storm, varying if in the sunbaked deserts or snow-cloaked heights.
Practitioners are reminded they need a firm understanding of the other elements before attempting this arte, for even lower tier forms can be underestimated.
