Of course the prescriptions include hormones, but perhaps she's also gotten Sophie to take valium or benzodiazepines? Slowly increasing the dosage, to mold her girlfriend into a docile empty-headed doll without Sophie noticing. It'd be kind of romantic (in a super messed-up way) if Vanessa went that far to "do what's best for her princess". Being in love and being completely delusional can feel pretty similar.

At this point, if Ness doesn't end up putting a ring on it (and maybe a collar?) it's because she got hit by a bus or something 😉 Judging from how spacey Sophie sounds before the operation, either Vanessa's strap game is good enough to kill brain cells or she got Sophie high/drunk beforehand. Not the safest combo with anesthetic, but all's well that ends well!

Personally I hope the bimbofication progresses further and she explores both her options. I understand the desire for variety though and it's why Im always a champion for alternate endings 😜
