Problems with my sound mixer
Added 2022-07-14 04:12:37 +0000 UTCStarted having trouble with my ProFX 6 Vr 3 sound mixer after traveling. Possibly got banged up on the plane? It seems to turn on fine and lights up, but isn't detected as a sound device by my computers, and the device manager gives an error message saying "This device cannot start (code 10)". Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
I emailed the company and hopefully they can help out. Otherwise I might end up having to buy a whole new mixer.

2022-07-14 13:54:03 +0000 UTCI’d attempt to replace the usb cable, and uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Make sure it’s not on the software side too
