I've set the release date for the new cover, Sinking Ships by Trees of Eternity, for Monday, October 1st. Can't wait for you to hear it!
I wanted to post the string arrangement I wrote for it on its own. I listened to it solo this afternoon and it transported me. I love how it can clearly remind me of the song, but it can also stand on its own as an individual piece.
I absolutely love it when music inspires more music. I never would have created this arrangement if it weren't for the original song. I love that I get to keep this clip of the string quartet by itself as a polaroid, or a private memory of what the original song evokes in me.
