"Loser" they say. Why are you not smarter? Thinner? More muscular?
Telling them to stop is difficult. Getting them to stop even more so.
I can assure you that if I could I would tell them to leave you the fuck alone.
They're wrong about you.
There is nothing wrong with you.
You're smart, sweet, funny, strong and SO lovable.
And I feel like you need a little reminder of just that right now.
*Talking about depressive thoughts.

This really helped me tonight my brain wouldn't shut up telling me all this awful things about I'm fat I'm a loser I am ugly. What's good is that with therapy I learnt that its not me saying that its what my mother used to say to me and it's stayed with me. Anyways thank you so much for your video it helped to feel loved and to hear those words your videos help me so much to have some love in my life thank you!! 💜🫂 good night
