Big Example, Meet Art

So, I made this post a few days ago: https://www.patreon.com/posts/who-to-artisize-126081689 looking for suggestions of past examples that should have artwork made for them. I'm ridiculously excited by this idea! Already the suggestions in that thread have expanded the concept, which I am thrilled by. I plan to take one idea per month and give it to Jorge to include with the artwork he provides me for the magazine.

I'm going to refer to that thread going forward, so please feel free to drop more ideas in there if you like :)

Compilation Completions Coming Comparatively Contemporaneously

The POD for MM Comp #7 is finally almost ready to go, as is the new MM Comp #8 PDF. Whew! These both took a couple of months longer than I expected to finish. But, the print proofs of #7 have arrived and are sitting on my desk awaiting a quality check. I don't know if it's tariffs or what, but these took quite a long time to arrive from the printer. And Comp #8 is almost all stitched together, I just have another pass or two through it to make sure everything is where it should be.

It's very likely that both the #7 PODs and the #8 PDF will burst into the wild around the same time. I don't usually like to release stuff simultaneously, but these have both waited long enough. Time to set them free!

It's All About Adventure Now

The writing process for Mythic RPG 2e is into the Adventures chapter now. This is the main "how to play Mythic adventures" section with lots of rules for making the magic happen. Most of the material in this chapter will be familiar to current Mythic GME players, although the RPG has its own spin on some things. There are tweaks throughout to maximize the GME being coupled to the RPG. I hope it's a peanut butter and chocolate kind of pairing. Wine and chocolate? Beer and pizza. You know what I mean :)

Micro Mythic Rolls For Success

I'm working on the Success Check chapter of Micro Mythic. There are lots of parallels between this and Mythic RPG 2e, and stuff that's appearing in the magazine. It feels like everything is coming together into some kind of perfect Mythic storm :)

Deconstructed Download

I've added a download of a fillable PDF of the Deconstructed Adventure Sheet from issue #50 to the Resources page. A Mythicist requested the form, which I appreciate :) Feedback often drives which forms get up there for download and how fast. I'd like to put more forms online, as I know there are tons that aren't there. However, the Deconstructed Adventures article seemed to really resonate with players, so I'm not surprised I got requests. I think that's it for now! Of course, there's always the next Mythic Magazine baking in the oven. We're up to issue #53! This one will be about Discovery Prompts and Mythic As A Board Game Opponent.
