December 2019 - Modern/Apoc/Cyberpunk - Police Station

I've been working on the modern version of the Police station as part of this month's release. It should be ready tomorrow!
Next up will be the ruined/apocalypse version and then a more sci-fi/cyberpunk version of a police station.
I hope to be able to do at least one or two more buildings. But, with the different themes it does take a bit longer to do them. So, maybe this can be like a taster of something different from the fantasy themes (that I love!).
I would like to do a few fences and barracades along with other scatter.
The other building I have in mind is a small petrol station. If you have any suggestions as to the last slot, please let me know below!

modular shop on lower floor and maybe two stories of apartments on top (thinking it could over time have some modular options that could mix and match floors to create variations but all using the same basic floor footprint so they are fully interchangable - this could be kinda cool
