This mod is copy/paste and replaces the career helmet unassigned_livery17. I'm also giving you the link to find the original helmet if you want.

Yes, it's possible, but it has to be done manually, because the 2024 files don't work on the 25. Since the helmet models are the same, they are compatible with the 25 helmets; some visors might not be compatible.
