You have no idea how much I wanted to make that "Warlock 3 - Preview Chapters - Release schedule". It's a character flaw, I know.
We've reached a point in the writing where I can put more of a consistent schedule around the release schedule of the preview chapters. So far I've been winging it, and -- despite the entertainment of Discord speculation and Mr. Sauceyman's puzzles -- I do want to provide some expectations.
This is, of course, subject to change due to changing circumstances. :)
I'll be doing Sunday and Wednesday previews for the duration, with the final preview drop on 6/29 (all the way through the end) and the full Patreon release (ebook) on 7/6.

Before the discord folks break out the red string, I'll tell you straight-up that the number after the W3P in the drop name is sort of chapter numbers, but not anywhere near accurate. You won't be able to figure out how many chapters there are or how many will be in a particular drop from this, it's just an artifact of trying to structure things.
Some drops will be three chapters, some four, some two -- the determining factor will be how I can best chunk it up without leaving you guys hanging too much before the next drop. Believe it or not, that's not deliberate in the previews, it's just that I do write chapters to be a bit cliffhangy, to drive the reader to the next chapter -- I really don't like doing that between books. Unless I have the very next book already in preorder or something. We got it in this series because, I swear, I thought this was going to be one book. I'm never going to not laugh about that.
I'm also going to start dropping at consistent times.

That's subject to change, as well, if the feedback suggests something better for everyone, but what I'm trying to do is balance the release times to be more reasonable for EU and Aus readers. I'm open to changing the day of week, as well -- I kind of picked Sunday because it was the end of the week and Wednesday because it's halfway between Sundays, but ... I don't have a day job anymore, thanks to your support, so staying up to midnight on a weeknight doesn't hurt me.
Well ... at least not because I have to go to work the next day, it's still way past my bedtime.
So I'm open to suggestions to make this better -- throw those in the comments and if there seems to be consensus we'll change to that. Or have a poll or something.
I also want to repeat that neither the preview chapters nor the Patreon release will be the final product (though I will do a second Patreon release of the final, so you get the full, final thing). During that time up to the release window I'll still be making revisions and additions right up until release, and I have about eight to fifteen things on a list to be put in still.
Some of these are scenes that occur in multiple places, or a paragraph or two to update on a secondary plot thread that could go in multiple places as well.
So if you're reading and start thinking "He hasn't mentioned X in awhile" it's probably something on that list -- but please don't hesitate to mention it in the comments, because: 1) it might be something that I've missed and needs to go on the list; or, B) it'll help me decide where to put it.
The final release is a window to allow for last-minute stuff, but it will probably be 8/1 at this point. There are financial incentives for releasing on the first of the month. There's a bonus in Kindle Unlimited for the authors or books that get enough pages read in a calendar month -- which I'm still astounded I've been getting thanks to all of you.
See you tomorrow with the next preview chapters. :D
