Unfortunately I have to say that I'm disappointed in how the scene played out. When I asked previously about where the session is going and wished for some elements, you assured that the scene was leading to what I had in mind. But there was no punishment aspect at all, it was just one orgasm, and the session felt way shorter than 60 minutes. I enjoyed the inside diaper perspective, it was novel and well executed.
