Codex Administratum Chapters 15-20

With that being said, when I do chapter 16, I will be bringing it up to the standards that I hold whispers to, and in the future I will be rewriting and redoing everything. I've been struggling on deciding what I wanted to write, and well, this was decided on by popular demand. Hopefully you guys enjoy the higher quality version of this novel. Anyways, enjoy.
