2019 was not my year. The game did not make as much progress as I had hoped for.
I experienced some big problems with my professional life at work. There were some very costly bottlenecks with getting 2D/3D art completed due to many factors.
However, this is a time to reflect on what went right and what I achieved last year.
Looking back I can be proud that I conquered some of the more technically challenging systems in the game.
Still a ways to go, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I have come up with some ideas of how to tighten the process for hiring and delivering art.
Expect big things for 2020.
