The winning option was to see new and original lingerie designs instead of the usual stereotypes or traditional anime styles.
I was nervous that some otaku purists might take issue with me playing with the formula.
This gives me confidence to pursue new designs with other characters. Well, technically it's not a solid design.
I have a bunch of reference art and a clear idea I can take to a 2D concept artist :)
While outfits will deviate from the otaku tropes I will still write character's personalities to adhere to the otaku stereotypes e.g. tsundere, yandere, etc.
I know when not to mess with a good thing.
