Roman Reigns Promo: A lot of people thought KO and Pearce got one over on us last week. Card subject to change is how losers think. That’s not how I think. I don’t skip events. It literally took my health and a pandemic to keep me out. What if I were like Pearce? What if I were a puss? My elbow hurts. My shoulder hurts. No one would doubt it. Everything on me hurts. My ankles have been bad since college. My back hurts because I’ve been carrying this damn company for years now. What if my back continues to hurt til the Royal Rumble? What if I can’t make it? Pearce interrupts, this has gone too far. It’s out of control. Roman: What’s out of control is that you’d go against me. You were trying to put KO back in the title picture. YOu favor him, that’s out of control. YOu’re KO’s bitch. And if you’re his bitch, you’re certainly my bitch. You have the audacity to complain how your body hurts, you haven’t been in a match in 6 years. You say that next to the thoroughbred of the WWE, I bust my ass and never complain. And you’re gonna complain. No wonder you didn’t make it to the WWE. Roman: Paul, he’s disrespecting you. Which means he’s disrespecting me. You better straighten him out. Paul: YOu don’t think I can handle myself. I’m from New York, I’ll whup your ass. I may not be a lawyer but a verbal agreement is worth something. You want something different? Adam Pearce vs. Paul Heyman one on one in the main event of Smackdown.

Sami and his doc crew- sami has a sign that says #JUSTICEFORSAMI, then he handcuffs himself to the barricade.

Sami says he’s entering the Rumble, starts rambling about losing to Apollo with the tights.

Asuka/Charlotte vs. Riott Squad

Charlotte attacks Billie which allows Liv to dropkick her on the apron, takes control.

Ruby had Asuka pinned, but ref was distracted by Billie Kay, which led Liv being hip attacked by Asuka to the outside of the ring, knees Ruby in the head, hip attack and natural selection for 3

Backstage, Billie is apologizing for losing the match for them- she says she’s talked to Sonya and she’s entered them in the Rumble. Ruby says that’s not enough, they’re done being a trio, Billie out.

He explains why he loves the RUmble- the uncertainty of the number you draw, waiting for the buzzer, no one knows who’s coming and you don’t know who’s coming next. The exhilaration of competing against 29 other superstars. It’s one of the most challenging things in the WWE. It makes me feel alive. Despite all that, it’s worth it, because the winner gets to face the champion of their choosing in the main event of WM. I’m very proud of my career, but one thing I’ve never done is win a Rumble match. He’s interrupted by Cesaro. I thought I beat sense in you last week, but here you are, saying you’re gonna win. He goes on a bit more, Bryan says ok, I’ve been thinking about last week, how about we fight right now? Cesaro: How about no? I’m sick of proving myself week after week doing the same thing over and over. And since you’re not dressed, I’m gonna issue an open challenge instead. ANyone wants to face me instead, come out. Dolph comes out. I was in the second most Rumbles ever. My stamina is unmatched. I wanna win the rumble and go to mania and get paid. Consider challenge accepted.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Cesaro

Cole is such a dullard. Graves asks a good question of Bryan about the Rumble. Daniel starts to answer. Cole just screams mid-sentence SWING! SWING!! HAVE YOU BEEN IN SWING DANIEL? Bryan says yeah, last week. Cole: Oh yeah I called that match!

Anyways, Cesaro wins with a neutralizer.

Sasha Banks vs. Reginald

Reginald starts by giving Sasha a rose, asks for a kiss, she goes to slap him, he blocks, she hits with the other hand, she tries to toss him, he lands on his feet. He goes for a sexy waist lock, she escapes, gets him, he escapes the ring with some smooth moves. He’s flipping all over the place.

Sasha hurts her knee against the post. Sasha gets the upper hand, goes for fun splash, he catches her. She hits a huge meteora on the outside, she slaps Carmella’s glass out of her hand. Back in, he evades a backstabber, but she hits another meteora. Sasha powers him down into the banks statement, Reginald taps.

Paul Heyman is backstage with Roman, thinks Roman is gonna help him in his match, but Roman says Paul, I handed over the mic for you to rip Pearce to shreds verbally, not challenge him to a match. You need to do this now. Be a man. I didn’t hire a punk to be my special counsel, I hired a MAN. You better handle this. Paul is confused.

Big E vs. Apollo Crews

He talks about his tattoos and what they mean to him- the ones on his knuckles mean the most- they’re his grandfathers’ initials. They both fought illnesses that should have shortened their lives way more than they did, because they fought so hard, and that’s why he fights so hard. And he regrets he didn’t make it big in time for them to see him in WWE. But they’re always with him, and that’s why he’s gonna be the last man standing.

Street Profits backstage, Dawkins has a fruit basket, they see SOnya, she’s talking to Dolph. They say the fruit basket is for her, but say its been two weeks, they’d like a rematch. You guys were tag champs for 300+ days, so you absolutely deserve it. But Montez you’re injured, and if you get injured again, it’ll hurt Smackdown. How about we let more teams get the chance, rest up, do your funny schtick backstage, and we’ll circle back around.

Obstacle Course

Bayley explains it, Chad Gable is there also, to be carried from one section to another. Bayley starts, cheats past the hurdles, carries Gable, hits the basketball shot. Bayley finishes in 1:12, Bayley then ADDS MORE SHIT (Let’s EST up the course) for Bianca, HAHAHAH SHE HAS TO CARRY OTIS!!!!! She does it then SHE JUKES BAYLEY WITH THE BALL and DUNKS IT, winning the course. Bayley gets pissed attacks Bianca, rams her into the basketball hoop.

Backstage, Rey pumps up Dom for a match.

Good thing Dom has a match and we haven’t seen Aliester Black in months.
