Humans should be able to breed a large number of races since they are basically a template race with average attributes. Holstaurs can breed with minotaurs as well. I forgot to make it so minotaurs turned female turn into holstaurs and holstaurs turned into males should turn into minotaurs. I'm not sure if I accounted for female goblins, if I haven't I'll have it fixed for next update.
