so when is the game being released

This is a problem with many game developers (especially NTSW) on Patreon and other platforms. They don't have a complete story frame with a designated end. This is as well an advantage as it is a disadvantage. On one hand it gives more freedom to the evolvement of the storyline and Patrons have more influence on this. But on the other hand developers tend to change their minds to often in the process because they themselves don't know the end of their own story. And that leads often to confusing stories or to U-turns in the plot, leading to a disappointment of a part of their followers an supporters, as it did with me. So if DS had an end in his mind, when he started Glamour there are two possibilities: 1. A return of BB was planned right from the beginning, which would be a kind of fraud perpetrated on the customers or 2. the plan to set a focus on Max again came later, then DS was and still is not honest in telling this to his supporters. So in the end only the supporters can make a change. Not by polls but by money. I think, that hoping, Kate will have a big revival as MC is (sadly) an illusion.

The story WAS about Kate. BB WAS a popular VN, years ago. Glamour was NOT a reboot of the story, it merely had a few appearances by characters as nothing more than easter eggs, or callbacks to DS's first game. The main story was about Kate, and her new school, and Kate's "roommate" with her boyfriend. Max, his family, and the Villa didn't even exist in the game until Kate's storylines were introduced, and the first male protagonist had been written into, and then out of, the game, having failed miserably.

This VN was never a new story about Kate only. BB was and still is a popular VN and Glamour is a reboot of that story. I like Kate too and I like that DS fully developed her daily life apart from the BB clan, but the main story was always about the goings on of the BB family and Max's shenanigans. It is time to catch up on that story. I mean Max has not even shagged Lisa or his aunt yet and things with his mom are just starting to heat up while Kate has already shagged Max several times over, stayed the night with Alice and involved Max. I'd say Kate lovers be patient and let the story develop.

I will also likely unsubscribe with an open mind about joining again in the future after Kate has received a few updates. This may mean being unsubbed for a year if the current pace continues. There are plenty of male protagonist games and a lot of the people who supported Glamour enjoy female protagonists.

I think that additional subpaths would take much more development time, make the code much more complicated (additional source of bugs) and few people will play the NTR paths. That's why I don't think it will be added.

Could you please consider adding NTR routes back to this new game? I enjoy the challenge part very much. You can add a switch in the game setting to disable those paths just in case some audiences don't like it.

Kate hasn't been getting content when there WERE supporters, and it's her game (was her game). That's what DS has wanted all along. Glamour was just a way to bypass Patreon and reintroduce BB. He WANTS the Max fans to outnumber the Kate fans. After the original male protagonist failed, he introduced Max. After all the votes against against Max, he got one that slightly favored Max, and went all in. He even stated "this is the result I've wanted all along". At this point, Kate fans aren't getting Kate in her own game, so we're leaving. DS can have Max, and his leftover BB fans, and make the game he wants. I was a $40 supporter for Glamour. I'd have supported a new BB. My problem, and the problem many have, is the bait and switch. We paid for Glamour, and ended up with BB.

For the kate players won't canceling your membership have the opposite effect. The devs are going to see that less people are asking for kate so they'll focus more on max, if there is another poll on who gets more updates the max players might out number the kate players. And if they do decide to focus more on max and more max updates i for one know imma upgrade my membership. Thats just my opinion coming from the OG BB.

I'm just throwing my name out there, canceled my membership last week. I enjoyed the Kate storyline, but that has disappeared. I understand that the creator loves his Max character. But Max has taken over the game, and Kate is just another one of his whores. Really disappointed how this has turned out. Only way for anything to change the path the game is going is by leaving, so bye and take care.

I guess the whole '50%/50%' development of Kate and Max agreement (in a game that started about Kate with Max only an afterthought - at least when I started supporting) is no longer valid? unless the next few updates bring the progression at minimum back to even, I will have to quit as well - this wasn't what I agreed to or was promised for my support.

I know - and worse we were *told* that DS was going to progress with the School story (notably the Cheerleading plot and the plot with Victoria and the 'wishes' Kate owes.. oh, and Sophia - NONE of which has happened (except the single hall scene) nor even seems to be planned anymore.

I must say I am agreeing with you... for the last 3 months it has been all about Max and even the small release Kate got before was 'joint development'. I am sorry to see it go this way.. the game looked like it was going to be great but... ... I was supporting a game for Kate; I was willing to go in half for Kate and Max, but I am not interested in a game about Max with a few things thrown in here and there about the game I really want! The things being developed now in no way support the 'joint delevopment' we were promised, nor add to the overall game in any way. Heck, they actually detract some from Kate's story since Max's focus is no longer even interested in her!

I will not shout on anyone. In the end it is the developers choice, what kind of game he is producing. And the decision of the users, if they support or not. I was onboard since the very beginning. I followed all the discussions on how to implement Max again (had already a bad feeling at that time), took part in the polls and so on. But today I think, that DS story development points now in one direction, as I already said in my post yesterday. I made my user decision and therefore say goodbye to this at first promising game this weekend. Maybe I will have a look again in some time.

Just checked and the last update that didn't contain any material about max or the villa was February!!!! DS the next Kate update better not continue down the same path!!

Seems that Kate is becoming more and more unimportant. Very sad, but obvious. Welcome to the world of BB reloaded with Kate as supporting actor.
