One problem is that for Big Brother to continue, DS would have to rebuild the relationship mapping as it is in Glamour. Otherwise, the game as it stands can't be part of Patreon. You have to set non-incest as the default mapping for Patreon to accept it, though as in Glamour, the mapping doesn't limit you to those (lack of) relationships.

My advice is waiting until around 09.06.2020 then 0.27 should appear for everyone, that is also the new Clienet where everything should be included, so all functions should then be in play and active.

Please read my comments on the "Mar 13 at 3:02pm Glamour 0.24" post. Sorry it,s a bit angry but it does explain the problems with playing Max at this time. My advice is to wait until you have access to "0.27" before trying to play Max, in my opinion until he is updated, he is not really playable!.

Can anybody give me a few advise on how to move forward on the main story? i completed a few side quest but now i'm stuck... for exemple for the big brother quest i bought all the spy cam but i can't make money by using them... To get Kira job i need to wait a phone call but the phone is locked…

It reminded me of Glamor-0.11-offline the last time we saw Alex and the problem quest in the backyard and we solved this quest in Glamor-0.12-offline, but lost Alex and got Max.

Playing 0.26 (0.25) online and getting Glamor-0.25 offline I was upset. If we assume that 0.26 is a patch or service pack that fixes errors, then why not release Glamor-0.25-offline that has already been fixed, and not wait a month?

I'd like to know this too. What does "We're still not sure about the cloud saves, but the game will definitely support offline saves." mean? This looks like we may lose our saves if we have been playing the online client but that the ones playing offline will be able to pick up their saves... Is that correct? Is there any way for me to make an offline save of my cloud saves?

You could maybe add Customizations that apart from the current story only unlock for the higher tier patrons. Like, new clothes and hairstyles even for minor characters Maybe even furniture. I'm thinking of a adding these as overlays, so you wouldn't have to rework every picture.

Not a big supporter of the time spent on Max. If there was a some way to integrate play progression of Max into what was going on in Kate's world, I would be fine. They are really two different games if you cannot tie the actions of each into one steam of story. I mean if you were to play as Max for awhile and moved his character traits from sympathetic to jerk and then that reflected in the Kate world then it is worth while. But if nothing changes then what's the point of playing Max other than a predetermined back story. Kudos to you if you could pull it off.

To clarify something, I am NOT trying to be a troll. I am not a Max hater. I enjoyed Big Brother while it lasted. I truly believe that there should be another attempt at a dedicated Big Brother game, and I would gladly support that game as well. I have all the respect in the world for Dark Silver, his games, and his character designs. In this case, though, I have an issue with the fact that I paid for Glamour (and specifically Kate). I paid for a new IP, with new characters, a new story, in new locales. What I'm against is Big Brother absorbing Glamour (not even the other way around), and becoming the Max show featuring Kate. It's like paying for tickets to a football/soccer game, and watching it turn to golf in the middle of the game.

That is a gross mischaracterization of why people like Max's story. The people who like Max's story don't like it for Max they like it for the girls and harem perspective. You could replace Max with any other male PC and they would still want "Max's" story. Max is simply the Avatar DS is using for us to experience the game. I believe I speak for a good portion of Max supporters when I say this, when we say we want more of Lisa, Alice, Ann, Kira, and all the other BB girls told from "Max's" perspective we dont give two sh*ts what the Max model looks like.

I was here for that vote, and every vote since. Where the problem arose was in the fact that the male character was introduced, and was soundly rejected. Then he was gone, and reintroduced as Max, and while this brought back the (somewhat vocal) Max fans, this didn't really change the minds of the majority of patreon's. In poll after poll, Max content was rejected, or, due to lack of better choices, held to a minimum. Still, DS wanted to put Max into the game, so the 2:1 compromise was reached. Somehow, though, even this wasn't upheld, as .22=Max, .23=Kate, .24=Max (Even though more people voted for it to be Kate), .25=Kate but half the update involved Max, .26=bugfix, .27 Max (stats compiled by Biotic). How's that Max only getting a third? Let's be real, there are 4 male students, 2 male teachers, Nicolas, Nick, Fedor, Thomas from the hotel, Rick the handyman, and the kid next door. 12 minor characters, and we're forced to blow Max for half a Kate update? We skipped a Kate update for "bugfixes", and DS decided not to even do one for her, and instead pushed forward with a Max update? The most poignant thing you said was "once the inevitable cross over happens." It's happened, man. This game is, quite literally Big Brother v2.0 Bonus Edition featuring Kate. LMAO

Suffice to say I'm looking forward to the crossovers between both Kate and Max which will mean more Kate Content as well. Pairing up Kate, Alice and Lisa as well as numerous other match ups, then running the same match ups from Max's angle would be very interesting. Not to mention the other Characters, like Ruby or Sophie.

Back two years ago give or take we had a vote to include a male main character. I still stand by that vote, the idea was to draw interest of both camps former and new. DS took a hard hit from the fans whom wanted a male lead so DS compromised. At the time Max wasn't the main character but the surprise and the addition of familiar characters wasn't unwelcome, im looking at the Max uodates as add-on to Kates story. Now the 2:1 update for me is fine. In the case of the last update the art was included just wasn't activated so after this max update the next Kate update should be larger, as the included art in the previous update and new art should be added. Additionally this also opens ladies of Mans family to interact with Kate twice over once the inevitable cross over happens.

Personally i do not care about piracy. I support this game because i want it developed, i don't care about who else is playing it or how much they pay. I support this game because of Kate's story, but i respect that a minority of patrons prefer little boys with big tools. The main problem is that it really is two games in one and that what we agree upon in polls do not seem to be respected as others too have pointed out.

Do my saves transfer from online version to offline version?

I’m happy for any update either Kate or Max, and very interested in being able to play the latest versions offline.

With all due respect, Dark Silver, do the polls really matter? Over the last five updates, in addition to 0.27, the focus has actually been on Max. ( .22=Max, .23=Kate, .24=Max (Even though more people voted for it to be Kate), .25=Kate but half the update involved Max, .26=bugfix, .27 Max.(stats compiled by Biotic) This in direct contradiction to EVERY poll result, as well as your own word. Though I understand that I'm about to get blasted the vocal minority of patreon's (the 30%-40% of Max fans), please believe that I am NOT trying to be a troll. This is a valid question. Do the polls mean anything, or are they just your way of gauging interest?

The reason both story lines don't have equal content is quite simple: it's NOT Max's game. Big Brother was Max's game. Big Brother is DEAD. Although the Max supporters are more vocal, and cry more, the majority of patreon's have voted time and time and time again to focus on Kate. A few months back, after Kate won yet another poll, it was supposed to be 2 Kate updates for every 1 Max update. Since then, it's been: .22=Max, .23=Kate, .24=Max (Even though more people voted for it to be Kate), .25=Kate but half the update involved Max, .26=bugfix, .27 Max. We were told we'd be going back to the 2Kate/1Max update schedule after we got screwed out of the .24 update (stats compiled by Biotic). What happened? A Kate update was replaced with a bugfix, and rather than work on the Kate update, it was skipped altogether for another Max update. Let Max have his OWN game again, don't ruin Kate's game even more. By this point, it's becoming Big Brother v2.0, with special guest star Kate. Again, this is what the majority of patreon's have asked for repeatedly, and what we were promised by DS, this isn't just my preference.

Я понимаю Вас и в чём-то согласен. Но тут несколько другие подходы. ААА тайтлы расходятся по всему миру и аудитория там в тысячи раз больше как минимум. Да и крупные компании могут позволить себе разработку с большим штатом сотрудников до получения прибыли. В данном же случае, либо разрабам надо ваять только данную игру, но тогда нужны доходы на жизнь, либо работать и в свободное время уделять время игре.... Естественно разработка долгая, а жить надо на что-то.

I can confidently say that the high latency while playing the game is one of the strongest reasons that I ever choose not to play it. I think fixing that somehow is a great idea. I still don't understand why every single action has to take place over the internet. those actions seem like the sort of thing which could be queued for a save asynchronously.

Considering how far behind and how lacking Max's story line is....the next 3 updates should be about him. Just so both story lines have equal content.

Я понимаю что в разработке всё не так просто, но даже при 10 долларах в месяц, з несколько месяцев это цена AAA игры. Да, я так же понимаю что контент, так сказать, специфический, 18+,но в то же время и такого рода игры есть на популярных платформах для покупки игр, типа steam, и опять же, ценник у них обычно в районе 20$, за всю игру, целиком. Возможно, с новыми условиями, я задумаюсь о возобновлении платежей по 5$. Хотя опять же, считаю это довольно большой суммой за то количество контента, который проходится очень быстро в рамках месяца. Вон, студия FoW на кикстартере, собрала денег на разработку игры sabvers, порно игры, и она будет в 3d, а кто видел ролики от этой студии, должны понять какое качество графики нас ждёт, при этом, я сомневаюсь что на старте продаж финальной версии, в steam, цена будет выше 30$.
