I am back and don't have anything on the IRL schedule until christmas so expect a lot of Bleach and One Piece this week! + I will have some Re;Zero in just a few days!

The funny thing is, Borsalino's Pika Pika no Mi might be the most broken power, conceptually. Assuming no limitations except those defined by real-world physics, I can't imagine anything outputting more force than, say, a kick at 99% the speed of light. That you won't see coming and so don't know you need to defend against it. Even just looking at movement, light can move around the Earth about 7 times per second. That's instantaneous straight-line teleportation to anywhere he can see. I've put forward in the past that the greatest limit to Borsalino's power seems to be himself. He really isn't motivated to do anything beyond basic requirements, and his attitude is very laid-back. Imagine this power in the hands of someone more action-driven, or more prone to malice, such as Arlong. Of course, that's not to say he's not dangerous. The man is still an Admiral, which means he has a sense of justice, and appears to have a disdain towards pirates as a whole. He is absolutely a threat, and is likely more prone to action than Kuzan (Aokiji) - I'm certain the Supernovas can attest to that. But I'll put forward that anyone who can be shot in the head, twice, and neither notice nor care is a far better person to wield this power than certain others I could but will not name. TL;DR If it wasn't obvious, Borsalino is my favorite character, and the Pika Pika no Mi is probably my favorite power out of any media.
