Its a dilemma - a real mess! I understand ds and that he's not willing to risk getting banned by patreon. On the other hand I really loved bb and really hope that a way can be found so bb doesnt have to die!

As I read, there are already two games that he does not finish. How many will be added ??? I do not think that many will support him here yet. read in other forums. BigBrother fans are very angry. What he writes above about patreon is a lie. If that were so, then School, Love & Cousins should not be continued. And others do not play either. I have no confidence in him anymore, so I will not support his new or old game either. And do not play.

But it does become stale. And lack of Eric is only one of the reasons. Other game elements which are dropped about the same time - skills, money mechanics, challenge, coherent plot and character progression. Basically everything aside from a bunch of fap material.

It is amusing that people say the game got stale after Eric was gone. I hated him and got rid of him ASAP! He was a cock-block and was using and lying to Ann and was wanting to use and abuse the rest of the family! (But getting rid of him as fast as I did caused me to miss out on forcing Eric to let me touch Ann. Will do that when I replay the game.)

Do what you feel best Dark Silver. You can’t please all of the people all the time and that’s fine! I agree that having Eric too tame was somewhat disappointing. I understand some people maybe got too emotionally attached to the game - see all those previous and current comments about hating Eric with a passion - but I can’t identify with them. After all, it’s a game, but for some apparently it’s more than that lol.

Glamour was half finished just a four years ago. The fact of switching between games for now - is about that, that Dark Silver is tired a little by Big Brother and wants to finish an old good almost finished game by reworking it on new engine, plus - add some episodes, that wasn't implanted in game earlier. If he will just remaster already existing game - in will take all your time for a few weeks. I'm like Big Brother very much, but Glamour is a little better (as i was seen it).

Having an antagonist is all well and good, but games are supposed to be fun not piss you off. I hated eric with every fiber of my being. I wanted an ending where he gets ass-raped by 100 rabid pitbulls and then slowly lowered into a wood chipper feet first. I always get rid of him as fast as I can.

the result is not a miracle. if you ask the questions wrong. Nobody wants a new game. Because Big Brother is not finished yet. What do you want with a half finished game? Since there are still many possibilities in Bigbrother, I now wonder if this is only half finished game. Is this the system now? We liked to take money but now wee bad luck, we make something new?

I'm technically not a patron, but I'm a fan of Big Brother, and I'm pretty excited for this project too. Despite being a straight dude, I actually enjoy playing games with a female player-character. I don't necessarily project myself onto the protagonist like I would with a male protagonist, but I enjoy directing the life of the female protagonist and steering her towards the content I'm interested in. I'm sure there aren't truly that many people that will end up having a problem with a female protagonist. Most of the grumblers will probably try the game out and find it fun.

I wasn't particularly bothered by the NTR; Eric was just a massive asshat. The option to actually OVERCOME him is what enables him to be a villain. Otherwise Max was just an observer of Eric's story. Don't know why people thought the game was "all ntr all the time", but I wasn't here for the early days of the game.

Still very sad over the way the Eric saga played out. Since I don't get emotionally attached to the MC, and find any type of seduction cool, I was happy to see the challenge of Eric. I get the whole "unbeatable" gripe, but I still would have liked to see Eric be able to seduce all women there. And by see, I mean see an actual seduction path rendered, especially for Alice and Lisa. It would need to be reversible, so that you could just be lazy at the beginning, let Eric have his fun, then take him out behind the woodshed for a beating. I still think DS should release an Eric update, showing all of his conquests.

Oh don't fall for the "mith" that he's gonna lose patrons because of that kink. He's losing patrons right now as a consequence of the new Patreon rules. There is now plenty of creators that added ntr as a kink to their game and had their earnings doubled or more. Dark Silver in my opinion doesn't deserve to have patrons htat he decided to ignore until now come back. Unless he somehow comes up with a masterpiece, but I highly doubt it considering how bad BB became

After what you did, cutting ntr from your game (by far it was the most interesting part) just because some loud spammers told you to do so, I really doubt I'll ever try to support you again. In the meantime, other creators more clever than you had great success adding that kink to their game.

Let s this be a lesson it s your game don t listen to the hater, if you lose some pledge it just mean you will also gain others who will appreciate your game after all the art is good and you can make good story (the beginning of BB show us that at least). So i m eager to try this new "Glamour" ^^. Also glad that you decide to not make anymore poll who could affect the main plot (finally a Dev who show some guts ^^ took you long enough :p)

Once your new game is up and producing content people will return. I'm here to support your talent. I had a great time with BB. I did not enjoy the grind much but it certainly passed the time and gave anticipation. I would love for there to be just an ongoing story mode option. I would love audio. The dream should probably be full on live choose your own adventure type video, but that might be impossibly expensive. Anyways it's fun and I am here. Thanks for adapting

Как бы хорош не был сюжет новой игры проблема не в нем. Проблема в ассоциации игрока с персонажем. Скорее всего основная аудитория таких игр мужчины, а это значит что и главного героя хотят видеть мужского пола. Что касается опроса, то необходимо учитывать и тех кто голосовал за пункт 2. С учетом пункта 2 перевес уже не выглядит столь впечатляющим.

Well shit, you don't think Eric is hard enough, and I still have yet to beat him... on the other hand, about the new game. I will give the game a chance, but I can't promise anything... like I said in one of the last posts (I believe it was the actual poll post), that most of us are men. We want to see more nekkid girls, but with a female protagonist we will most likely be seeing more nekkid men. Very happy to hear that you’re going to continue on with your original vision. If people want to leave because it isn’t what they want, then let them. BB clearly suffered from listening to people who didn’t like Eric and you shouldn’t have to deviate from what could have been a sting storyline to cater to a group of complainers. It’s your game and it’s impossible to develop something that makes everyone happy.

Best of luck with your game not really into playing a female in these style of games, really has no challenge imo. I know the male formula is played out a lot but I liked how you did BB with Eric and actually giving the game some difficulty, and it became stale when you removed him. Honestly see this being a game about just not being taken advantage of like Eleanor.

Stick with your guns and make the game you guys want to make. That is the only way.

Yeah like most straight males I'm not into chasing guys and lesbians are boring to play. The only female protagonist game i played I just clicked through and never played again. Wish you guys well, I'm sure you will have some sort of success but I've cancelled.

For me, after the threat of Eric left, the game became stale. An enemy that always kept my attention that I had to fight to keep away from my "roommates" was far better than Oh look, another porno shoot. Was also a tad disappointed that I could not peep with a bazillion stealth points on Eric and Alice if I sacrificed her. It was a good looking door though, I guess..... Anyway, an enemy that tries to screw with your emotions when you feel a connection with the characters would rock. Closed doors suck. 😊

Sounds great. Hope you'll be able to keep such attitude. BB whole design just broke apart after Eric's removal. Sandbox might require much better gameplay than what BB's late versions had. Keep it up
