I mean we know a time mage that travelled a ton looking for weird magic... Licitas magic is weird

Cause they do share that greyish/silver/light blueish sort of hair color and with his mom’s unique case of sucking mana away from anything nearby, it just seems like a plausible possibility for them to at least be like 2nd cousins or something
