After Ciampa's promo last night, I'm really starting to think Ciampa wins in Portland. This leads to him getting his moment at 'Mania this year where he takes on Gargano (after he beats Finn) in the match they should've had last year (no intense rivalry needed this time around).

Then they can build to a rematch at Takeover: Tampa where the winner takes on Charlotte the next night at Mania, with Rhea going over.
