They are not wild but are allowed to roam around freely and not fenced in like cows would be. The "owners" are usually the native Same people. It's pretty interesting but they more or less manage the reindeers the same way they used to do it many years ago.

What with Namjoon telling us they're working on a new album, and Yoongi saying they've assigned roles to each member ... the self-produced, self-completed album may finally be coming, after all of these years. Wow. I just. Wow. Korean lesson of the day: The "sauna" + "fight" joke In Korean, "Sauna" is 사우나 (sa-oo-na) In Korean, the verb "to fight" is 싸우다 (ssa-oo-da) and when you conjugate it to ask a question, it can be "싸우나?" (ssa-oo-na). So "Sauna" (사우나) and "Fight?" (싸우나?) sound extremely similar, which is why they kept making fighting jokes like "If we don't go to the sauna, are we going to fight the staff?"

2020-04-26 10:41:37 +0000 UTCThey love role playing, especially the 95z. They always role play on their own, making up scenarios that only they understand. To differentiate their actual conversation to their role play, they will purposely make their voice deeper/ higher and have a thicker accent. Just like when Jimin calls Taehyung "Ajuhssi" (old man). They do this a lot in other seasons as well. In Season 4, JK walked in on them when their doing their 'intense' role play but was so used to it that he walked right out XD

2020-04-26 07:03:52 +0000 UTCThe 2nd game they played was 369 (sam-yuk-gu), a Korean drinking / ice breaker game. You play it by counting off in a circle but everytime 3, 6, or 9 come up in the sequence you should clap instead of saying the word. If these appear more than once (e.g. 33, 36, 39, 63, etc.), the player has to clap as many times as they appear in the number. You lose when you mess up, which means you take a shot if played when drinking. And the tipsier people get, the more they tend to mess up.

It is their way of bonding and icebreaker just like drinking alcohol and korean bbq with friends and colleagues. I believe its due to their competitive self that was instilled since young. I am sure that they have been playing these games since young, with their families and schoolmates. There are many korean variety shows out there, which have unique games but really entertaining to watch. Since you are watching bts, you can watch 'running man feat bts'. 2020-04-26 00:04:28 +0000 UTCThis isn't the last episode in Finland, the next one is - remember, there's still Santa's place to visit to (but it was their last full day if I remember correctly). Also arghhh this makes me miss going to sauna so much!!! We can't do that currently (unless you have a private one at home, which is actually pretty common), because swimming pools are closed and communal saunas that all apartment buildings have (residents usually have a weekly sauna time) can't be used as a precaution bc of the virus. Also yes, Yoongi is right about the Finnish sauna tradition: first wash yourself, go to warm up in the sauna then to the lake to swim and cool off, then back to sauna and repeat this couple of times. Also during winter too, many people cut a hole into the ice or just roll around in the snow. Though you are supposed to go naked into the sauna, seeing them there dressed up in heavy robes makes my finnish side cringe buuuuut guess they couldn't have filmed that 🤣 Ahhh...can't wait to be able to go to sauna and swim in a lake again.... Not sure how cold the water was in this, but as it seems to be late spring/early summer it's probably like around +10-15 celcius (which is like 50-59 Fahrenheit...if I understood the calculator correctly :P) Btw I had completely forgotten about Namjoon's mention about doing a full album completely by themselves some day. You watched this episode on perfect time, because just yesterday Yoongi said during his live that they are working currently working on their next album which they are gonna do all by them selves and have decided the roles each member takes etc. They have come a long way^^ EDIT//oh I forgot you asked if anyone has tasted reindeer. Yes I have, like a decade ago during school lunch couple of times - can't remember much about how it tasted, other than not really like other usual meats like pork or chicken, but I don't think I particularly liked it either. And now I havent eaten meat in such a long time I don't really know what to compare it either hmm

2020-04-25 23:29:10 +0000 UTCIf you were confused about V mistaking the Chinese restaurant as a middle school, the Chinese character for middle is 中 (Chung) its also the first character for China 中国 (Chungkook). Chung Hakgyo is Middle School in Korean and the boys saw a logo which looked like 中 (which actually was a completely different logo) so they thought it was the Chinese restaurant while V thought it might be a middle school. Everyone was silent because V always comes up with pretty unique answers that none of them would think of😂

2020-04-25 23:10:05 +0000 UTCin the sauna, they played the game 3-6-9, which is basically you take turns counting, and if the number has a 3,6, or 9 in it you clap instead of saying it out loud. they went up to the 60s and jimin miscounted, he thought suga got 63 (has to clap twice) but suga was at 62. so that’s why jimin went into the water a second time. also, manager sejin makes a lot of cameo in bangtan bombs and their most recent documentary, you can see him playing games with the boys and even carrying jungkook when he’s hurt, and he guards them at airports. it’s really sweet :)
