The best example of “no egos” is the fact that, right now during chapter 2 every single member is hyping up his fellow members solo work. Even from the military members are sending support! No other music group in History has had a group where every member hypes up each others solo work

Good episode. I want to cry when I see Jungkook get that way. He is the youngest of the group but has a lot of responsibility, he's the main dancer and center of the formations, so they need him to be ready to go and not overdo it. He's so sweet and wants to please everyone, and do a great job for his bros. and the fans. ARMY is so important to all of them. 💜

Aloha, DT! There is a BTS Brazil Fanchant YouTube video that you may want to react to - its pretty amazing from what I've seen. The J-Hope "Let's Dance" portion has been part of multiple clips for some time now (J-Hope, J-Hope, J-Hope!!!!) but watch the full video to get the full impact of what a BTS concert feels like in Brazil - it's pretty wild!

I think music plays a great part in their lives. It's not just about getting famous and rich, it's much more than that. They want to show us something special, something unforgettable, to repay us for our support. Seeing them pushing their bodies beyond limits it's really heartbreaking for me but on the other hand I appreciate it so much. Because with that they show me how much they care, that it is important for them, that us - ARMYS - are so important for them. It's an amazing feeling. And it motivates me to support them even more.

The song in the beginning was "The most beautiful moment in life intro". Please, even if you don't react to it, please watch the lyric video of it when you're feeling like it. It actually was one of their songs that helped me through the most when I was 15. The most interesting thing of the song is that if you listen closely, the background music is produced with the beat of basketball. The dribbling, running and aiming sound in basketball courts was used as the beat. After reading the lyrics, you'll understand why that's gonna really hit you in the feels

Bighit just did their corporate briefing and their tour this year is going to be managed by the same production team that handled Beyonce, JayZ, U2, Madonna and Gaga. It is going to be EPIC. I really hope you get to go! Tickets are really hard to get FYI. But maybe some fellow Army will help you get one :)

I have a lot of respect for Brazilian ARMY! They go hard with the boys in concert. I watched the guys at their Brazil Concert last summer and the B-ARMY sang every word along with them! It blew me away! There are videos on YouTube showing you the difference in their concert reactions compared to other locations. Just as you, I’m super hopeful to get tickets for their Atlanta show this May! It’s a once in a lifetime experience I don’t want to miss with my daughter! The love of BTS is something we share together. She introduced me to them over 2 years ago and I’m hooked! It’s refreshing to see that you get them on a much deeper level! I’m truly enjoying your reactions to them. I agree with you completely with all your thoughts on them! They shine like no other!

Hey!! Brazilian fan here!! Yes they are HUGE in south america, but the weather conditions here are not as good, Chile is very high and can be difficult to breath properly while perform, Brazil is VERY hot!! They came in the summer and the weather was drastic high! I cant put in words how hot and dry Sao Paulo can be in the summer! They struggle already with powerful choreography and difficult and Pich High songs already, and in the south america weather.. just doesn’t help at all! I went to 2 days concert in Brazil last year and I felt that they were tired, but the performances were REAALY POWERFUL AND PERFECT! Im so thankful for them to come here and deliver all they got! It was the best 2 days in my 26 years of life for sure. MAKE SURE U GET THE TICKETS FOR THIS TOUR!! YOUR MIND WILL BE BLOWN AWAY BY OUR BOYS

they have “drama” in terms of petty little fights which they have learnt to resolve quickly and maturely but never let it get to the stage where it effects the team. it’s true that you have been watching all the serious deep stuff so far so have yet to witness the strong bond and chemistry they have with eachother. must warn you they are very hectic and chaotic but nevertheless HILARIOUS. 😂

Hi Lily - awesome to meet another ARMY - remember when BTS took 1st place @MCountdown with 'Boy with Luv' & all the maknaes piggy-backed the hyung line during the encore stage 🥰 that's why RM (Sept. '94) piggy-backed Hobi (Feb. '94) 💜💜💜 Hobi's bday coming up 🎂 - luv that he got the outro for MoTS: 7.

the song you liked is Intro: The Most Beautiful Moment in Life. a solo by Suga that actually uses basketball as a metaphor so you'll probably like the lyrics!!
I think it would be helpful to watch their solo stages while watching this series. they don't show too much of their performances in this, so it would give you an idea of what they're preparing for and performing. if you're interested these are their songs:
rm- reflection
jin- awake
suga- first love
jhope- intro: boy meets evil & MAMA
jimin- lie
v- stigma
jungkook- begin

They really are like brothers/a family, of course they’ll fight but the way they resolve it is so mature and incredible they’ve showed us before and even in this series how they resolve issues between group members and it’s so healthy. They put a lot of emphasis on the fact that BTS is a 7 member group and say all the time they want fans to give love to each member and they support each other whole heartedly. They are truly best friends and brothers who say all the time how much they truly love each other 💜

they don't have dramas. medias (western and Korean) try to find stories to stir up things up but they don't find any. some even tried making up false news. for example, when they took a break this summer, many us medias published articles saying they might disband, disregarding the fact that they had concerts in Saudi Arabia and Seoul scheduled in october (I don't know how they went from a break to disbandement!) ... bighit claps back when it's really serious (it happened recently, a long story)
about egos: they surely fight but they have learned to resolve them together. they are very self aware and extremely mature. also an ex bighit trainee said in an itw: "these guys love each other so much, they don't know what to do about it" 🤣. I think some of the reasons are a mix of going through really hard times together + ceo bang PD positive influence + their kind personalities... and surely other things I miss
and yes they are BIG big in Brazil!
about their shows, they indeed step up the level every year. the love yourself tour (2018) was also amazing but the speak yourself one (2019) was out of this world (stadiums tour)
sorry for the essay 💜

regarding ego's - truly none of the members have an egotistical bone in their body when it comes to each other. one of the members (cant't remember who but possibly could have been yoongi) once said that the only people they see as their competitions is each other, and not in the sense like "oh I need to be better than this member at x and x" but in the sense that "this member is working extremely hard and this motivates me to work harder aswell and carry my weight for the betterment of the team". they are each others biggest hype men and wholeheartedly support/encourage each other's solo and individual projects. unlike a lot of groups no member has the desire to go solo or take the spotlight and they always emphasise that BTS is made of seven members. regarding drama or perhaps scandals, BTS is almost never involved in that kind of thing. the only time they might be involved in any kind of 'drama' is when someone uses their name in a ridiculous situation for 3 minutes of fame. but any accusations or claims get shut down fairly quickly by their company or brushed off because its just that absurd.

The song at the beginning is called 'Nevermind' and it is a solo intro by Suga! The lyrics are so powerful. Also its so funny seeing you call jimin cute because HE IS but he is also known for his duality between on stage and off stage. You've mostly seen him off stage, but trust me, Jimin performing is a whole new beast. Check out 'Chimchim vs Jimin' on youtube if you want to see what I'm talking about :)

The only serious drama has sometimes been health-related, for example when JK injured himself on tour in 2018, or Jimin's struggle with what I think (as a lay person) was an eating disorder a few years ago. When Jimin said that his goal for 2020 was to lose more weight, you could see the anxiety and worry that created in the other guys although they tried to play if off with jokes. That perfectionism is such a double-edged sword-- it produces such great work but can also push them into unhealthy behaviors.

It would be really cool if after you finish the burn the stage series you moved to their most recent series that was released last year it’s called bring the soul and it’s really cool to see how they’ve grown since 2017 and onto their most recent tour! Here they have all of the episodes in hd:

About the comparison between them and the beattles, it's not only that the boys are focus on making things as a group but the fact that they're always encouraging each other to create their own stuff as individuals/solo artists (they have solo projects too, maybe you didn't know that yet). I've never ever seen a group who's members actively encourage the others to work on solo projects and also celebrates those solo achievements. They're true family indeed

of course they have some drama, as they said they have arguments and fights like any other people have (some of them have lived together for ten years, it would be impossible not have some fights), but they always talk about it between each other when those situations happen (you'll see it in this docuseries). They love and respect each other so so much.

Yes, they fought over things like food, beds & probably heaps of other things, but when it comes to their craft, their profession, they are really clear about what their priorities should be. RM is an amazing leader, even with his young age - he's the 'maknae' or baby of the hyung line (4 older brothers) line so the fact that the older ones respect him as their leader is huge. Plus, BTS was formed around him - he was the original member - that's pretty epic too! Thanks for reacting.

When you asked about the drama. They do have drama but the thing is they tend to tells us about that too once they've figured out a way to resolve it. That's why we watch their shows, their chats, behind the scenes and other contents because they tend to let us in a lot. And they argue a lot, and it used to be about the most childish things too lol. Basically they have drama, but they don't let it get out of hand and they let the fans know about these things and let us know how they resolved them. They have a yearly dinner party during which they sit down and answer questions and talk about what they have thought about or what they have done during the year I would recommend you react to these. They are a little long but they are definitely worth it!

They actually fight a lot, not as much anymore but they used to fight more back in the days but they all make up really quickly. Its like fights between siblings, they all have been really transparent about it. BTS are just regular dudes and they are CRAZY, you have been watching serious videos so far so you have not seen their fun and savage side. They joke around and bully each other a lot lol
