SBC Card Flipping

What is SBC Card Flipping

SBC Card Flipping is a flipping method based on the fluctuation of cheaper Gold Cards used in SBCs. In other words, some cards have demand because of specific SBCs and these cards are going up and down throughout the day.

Using the fluctuation and buying cards at a low and then selling at a high again is the goal of this method. This is a slightly advanced method but still on the low-budget list and it was one of the best low-budget methods for the past few years.

These fluctuations are created by the SBC solutions on Futbin and other websites. They show the cheapest solution with specific cards and the demand for these specific cards increases. That results in higher prices for the cards. The website will update their solutions based on the new prices and a new solution will be the cheapest, resulting in another price increase for the specific cards in the new solution. In the meanwhile, the previous solution decreases in demand as it's not the cheapest anymore and previously used cards hit cheap prices again.

This up and down on the solution list creates the fluctuation and it’s the main reason why we see different prices throughout the day. Waiting for new solutions on the Futbin page is another strategy to “predict” the next risers and find price increases faster.

Fluctuation

This method works with every card that has some fluctuation and is used in SBCs but there are key indicators to find the right cards for this method.

A great card for SBC Card Flipping has multiple lows and multiple highs throughout the day. Low points around discard prices are great for reducing the risk but are not mandatory for this method. Cards with extremely high points are more profitable but less consistent. You get the most consistent results if a card has three or more low and high points around the same prices within a day.

High points should be at least twice as high as the low points. As an example, if a card has a low point of 1k then the high point should be at least 2k to get the most out of this method. Lower high points reduce the risk and reduce the profits, while also showing less consistency and that’s why we don’t recommend them.

It's also important to stick with recent fluctuations, there will be different routes for every SBC and sometimes the cards used in the SBCs are changing too. That also changes the fluctuation and some cards will never hit the previous highs again.

Early Stages of the market

During the early stages of the game, we have SBC Card Fluctuations based on the Advanced SBCs. Last year these Advanced SBCs were untradeable but still offered great fluctuations on the market.

We recommend bidding, sniping and fluctuating trading during the early stages to maximise the profits on these fluctuations. SBC Card Flipping is very straightforward and highly recommended too.

The biggest question is the quantity. Starting with a smaller sample and then slowly adding more cards with each run is a great strategy to slowly build some coins. Some fluctuations can take up to 12 hours during a slower market day and it's very key to have some coins for other bidding and sniping opportunities ready.

It's also very common to see changes in the solutions almost every day. That’s why we recommend keeping your fluctuation cards updated and selling cards if they don’t show any great fluctuation for a while. We will aim to do the same and have our lists updated with recent fluctuations.

Late Stages of the market

Throughout the year we get more supply and cards show weaker fluctuations, especially when most people have completed the Advanced SBCs.

That results in smaller profit and we recommend switching to other methods to grind coins on the lower budget.

Investing and Daily Challenges

However, we also get more Daily Challenges and other SBCs throughout the year and during the later stages of the game. These can still show some fluctuation on the cards.

The key difference is that we are switching from flipping to investing. Some cards with popular links are in high demand during a new Challenge SBC and investing in these cards during a low is a valid strategy. Low points are most days but specifically days and promos with more supply such as Rewards or Black Friday. High points could be any 6 p.m. content day.

That is the reason for the unknown hold time on this investment, but there are promos with more Daily Challenges and we will let you know about these in advance. We usually recommend having a club stock in case of some great SBCs.

Marquee Matchups are another important aspect of this method. Finding cards that cover popular clubs such as Bayern, Barcelona or Liverpool while also providing great value for Daily Challenges can increase your profits dramatically. You are increasing your chances of hitting the right requirements and also increasing your profits.
