What is Tech Avion?

Tech Avion is a French trading method since the beginning of Fifa. It is basically a combination of Lazy Listing, Special Card Flipping, Position Change Method and Chemistry Style Flipping. You maybe noticed that I wrote a guide about all these just before Tech Avion, that’s because I aimed to build guides on each other and now we have the final stage! 

All these based on the idea to sell special cards higher than they are through appealing tricks and Tech Avion links them together!

It goes that far, at some point almost every French Trader who made it into T100 just used Tech Avion. Fifa 19 was also very Tech Avion heavy as the prices keep increasing and we had a very inflated market. Fifa 20 was less Tech Avion heavy due to all the consistent market crashes and the tough time to trade, it failed mainly on the Lazy Listing part as that requires a holding or rising market. 

I highly recommend reading the other guides to get an idea of the single parts of this method as I wont repeat much and just add more information and how to combine these together. 

Combination

Basically, its very similar to normal Special Card Flipping with the additional knowledge through the Position Change Method and Chemistry Style Flipping. You search for cards at low/average prices to sell at the peak and add a little more value on top thanks due to the consumables. 

Some aggressive Tech Avion Trader also put a little Lazy on the card for like 5-10% higher.

Key Differences

There are a few key differences to the previous methods and guides! 

Tech Avion also includes adding Chemistry Styles on the cards on your own! I don’t recommend doing any of the expensive Chem Styles, its enough to apply the cheap ones. Something like Maestro, Deadeye or Hawk are decent to add as they are just 200 coins. As said, you aim to make the cards the most appealing to get the sales! 

Some Traders also believe that adding 99 Contracts help the sale, I haven’t experienced any big improvements through that but I guess it doesn’t hurt as they are also just 200 coins. 

At the beginning of the year, you can also apply this just to the Gold cards as Chemistry Style Flipping covers it too! Later throughout the year you are almost forced to move over to Special Cards due to the mentioned market saturation on the Gold Cards.

Another thing that works against the previous guides, Tech Avion follows the idea of people really paying more for the card + Chemistry Style/Position Change. That means, even if a card is worth 10k and the Chemistry Style is worth 5k, Tech Avion Traders would list the card for 13-16k. It’s just the magic of appealing cards.

How effective is Tech Avion?

Well as said, there was a time with multiple Traders in T100 using Tech Avion as the main method! I also have used Tech Avion through Fifa 20, but like in previous guides, its important to know the method and apply if needed. I was mainly doing special card flips but when I saw a card that looks ideal for Tech Avion, I just tried it. 9/10 times it worked and I managed to build more coins. 

But as a fully main tool for Fifa 21? Tough. Last year really showed the dark side of the Method as we rarely had any holding or rising market. But nobody knows what the next year market gonna look like and it can be massive again. (Also looking a bit at the fact that we don’t have Fitness anymore -> tiny bit more coins on the market -> potential higher prices)
